- Hatzolah dispatchers are trained volunteers who use hatzolah’s own unique, sophisticated Aided Dispatching system. So, they can determine the exact situation and location of emergency site. The dispatchers the dispatching center can then instantly communicate with the volunteers on duty through their high quality Motorola Radios.
